SpawnParty is an SDP Studio platform for finding, publishing and viewing listings related to game development.
1. Operator and acceptance
Operator: SDP Studio, Ivan Kriuchenkov, Joseph-Haas-Str. 15, 76593 Gernsbach, Germany, sdpstudio2025@gmail.com. Creating an account means accepting these Terms and acknowledging the Privacy Policy.
2. Listing formats
Work is for paid employment, contracts, freelance work or internships. Enthusiasm is for Game Jams, hobby/indie projects, rev-share and collaboration. Authors must choose the correct format and must not present unpaid collaboration as an ordinary paid vacancy.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and not use another person's account. SDP Studio may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse or security threats.
4. Job publishing
The publisher is responsible for the listing, working conditions, contacts, salary information, rights to materials and legality of the offer. Fraudulent, illegal, discriminatory, misleading or rights-infringing listings are prohibited.
5. Images and rights
By uploading an image, the user confirms that they have the necessary rights and do not infringe copyright, trademarks, personality rights or other third-party rights. The user grants SDP Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for the duration of publication to store, technically reproduce and publicly display the material within SpawnParty.
6. Prohibited content
Illegal services, fraud, malware, credential theft, illegal job offers, impersonation, spam, pornographic or extremist content, and material that infringes third-party rights are prohibited.
7. Listing duration and deactivation
A normal listing remains published for 30 days from creation. After that period it is automatically deactivated and removed from the public job board. The employer can reactivate it at any time from the dashboard; reactivation starts a new 30-day period. Manual deactivation also hides the listing until it is reactivated.
8. Reports and moderation
Illegal, fraudulent or rights-infringing listings can be reported to sdpstudio2025@gmail.com. Include the URL or Job ID and a description where possible. SDP Studio may hide, edit or remove listings and restrict accounts when required by law, these Terms or service security.
9. Applications
SpawnParty is not an employer and does not receive internal applications. Where an employer provides email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or an external form, candidates contact that employer directly. SDP Studio is not a party to an employment, contractor or other agreement between users and employers.
10. Availability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, changes and temporary outages may occur. We take reasonable measures to operate and secure the service but do not guarantee employment outcomes or the actions of third parties.
11. User responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they publish and for the legality of their actions. SDP Studio may take necessary steps following substantiated reports or lawful requests from competent authorities.
12. Changes
The Terms may change when the service or law materially changes. The current version is published here.
